Environmental targets ideally adress relevant environmental impacts in the life cycle of the particular packaging and Packaged good. They should be quantifiable and may relate to different levels, such as impact categories of Life Cycle Assessment (e.g. contribution to climate change) but also on a rather qualitative level (e.g. recyclability).
